With 800 stores in over 37 countries Tally Weijl is the concept that designs fabulous MUST-HAVES of the season for the young woman.  In order for the concept to be successful the Tally Weijl TREND-TEAM continuously travels around the world in order to indentify the latest fashion trends.  The inspirations come directly from Paris where a small design team is operating.  The Tally Weijl campus in Basel is the brain of the operation where all the administrative work takes place.

The Tally Weijl concept began its operation in 1984 through the small garage in Switzerland by Tally Elfassi-Weijl and Beat Gruring.  In 1987 they opened their first store in Friburg Switzerland.  In 1993, the small-business concept lead them to the incredible expansion in Switzerland with their first franchise partners.

In the last several years, Tally Weijl has been steadily opening more than 100 stores per year. Today, Tally Weijl is part of the top global players in fashion operating nearly 800 stores in 38 countries worldwide. Tally Weijl is presently operating 4 stores in major shopping malls and shopping streets.

In Cyprus, Tally Weijl opened its first store in May of 2006 in Anexartisias Street, Limassol.  Within the next several years, Tally Weijl soon experienced a great acceptance from the local customers and very soon the brand was operating up to nine stores in the country.  Presently the concept is operating seven stores in all major shopping malls and shopping streets of the island.  Tally Weijl in Cyprus is one of the big fashion players with a loyal target market ranging from young teenagers up to women that feel young and want to look trendy and beautiful.
